Registration Obligations

In order to use the services of the company you have to complete the registration procedure, as a result of which the account is created.

Registration implies that the User is fully and unconditionally agrees to all the provisions of Terms of Use.

To register in the service are permitted all citizens over 18 years old. By registering you confirm that you are an adult citizen in your State.

Each User can create only one personal account. Creation of multiple accounts by one user is prohibited and punishable. If you identify the opening of several accounts with one IP, all of them can be irrevocably blocked together with the funds in the accounts of these accounts at the time of blocking.

The User undertakes to provide the Company only with only true and current personal information and e-mail address (Registration Data).

The User agrees to the best of their abilities to maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it current and complete.

The User is obliged to observe complete confidentiality while storing their password, login and other details used by the User on the crypto-binary.com Company website.

Investment Policy

Each deposit is considered as a private transaction between the Company and its Client. Clients perform all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and their own risk. Clients personally decide whether to invest or not and how much to invest.

All accruals in the Personal Account are made according to the chosen investment package. Clients have the right to freely dispose of the funds that are on their personal account. Client can make a deposit with only help of electronic payment systems used by the Company.

Refund Policy

As per the Company's Refund Policy, the Client can only receive a refund of the principal deposit after the period of investment plan expiry along with all the profit earned during this term. It means that the principal deposit amount is not returned separately.

Under no circumstances can the just been made investment be refunded or reversed back to the Client's account.

Using the Affiliate Program

Each Client can use the benefits from attracting new members to the company in addition to the passive income from own deposit. You can use your referral link on your discretion to promote our investment proposal among users of the Internet and beyond. You can publicly share your referral link in your signature on any forums, use it in your blog or website, and send it to your relatives, friends or colleagues to sign up in the project. The only restriction of the crypto-binary.com administration is prohibition of direct mass mailing containing referral link (so-called spam).

Privacy Policy

In order to strengthen confidentiality procedures, the client is allowed to use a fictitious name (username) when registering.
